I want to share this picture I saw from one of my facebook
friends. I love how it describes the successful and the unsuccessful people’s
attitudes and habits. I know we can all learn from it.
I also believe that success isn’t a popularity contest where
we worry too much of the opinion of others. Success is about achieving real
personal mastery and leadership. We all need to rise above social approval to
self-approval.

Being
authentic, living by your values, running your own race and doing your own
dreams is real personal mastery because at the end of each day what matters
most is whether we have been true to ourselves or not.
